At Redeemed Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process if you need to return or exchange an item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the warehouse address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
